My case study writing process

We'll begin with an initial discovery call. This gives me an opportunity to find out more about your product or service and for you to ask any questions you might have. If we're a good fit, I'll ask you to fill out a structured briefing document which covers elements like client information, target audience, tone of voice, writing style, and high-level marketing messaging.

I'll then review the brief and provide a price quote and provisional deadline. If everything is agreeable, we'll exchange contracts and schedule a strategy session between me, you, and anyone else you want to involve such as a customer account or product manager.

After that, I'll send you a skeleton outline of the case study: headings; subheadings; word count; key bullet points; and any notes on visuals such as layout and graphics for your design team.

Once the outline is approved, I'll get to work on your case study. I'll conduct research, interview your customers (where necessary), and write content based on any tone, style, or brand guidelines you have. Revisions are included, and I'll also give your final artworked case study a once-over to make sure everything is in order.
